With the SB10, Sartory-Billard introduced a different way of experiencing time. Not only through the jumping hour display itself, but through the relationship between mechanics, material and touch.

More than simple dial variations, these new editions continue the central idea behind the SB10: replacing the traditional dial with a cabochon that becomes the emotional center of the watch.
In this version, the cabochon is crafted from blue aventurine.

Its deep blue surface is filled with tiny reflective inclusions that catch the light like distant stars. Depending on the angle and surrounding light, the cabochon constantly shifts between dark mineral tones and luminous sparkling reflections.

Combined with the floating minute display and luminous ring, the effect becomes almost celestial. The watch feels less like an instrument and more like a moving object of light.

The smooth polished surface also reinforces the tactile dimension of the SB10. The cabochon naturally invites touch, creating a direct and instinctive relationship with the material itself.
In this version, the cabochon is crafted from genuine meteorite.
Known as Widmanstätten structures, these patterns are not applied or engraved. They are revealed through cutting and finishing, directly from the material itself.

This structure results from a natural process that cannot be controlled or reproduced. It is not designed, but uncovered. Each cabochon is unique, with its own structure and orientation.

Under the fingertips, the sensation is strikingly different from a conventional polished stone. Cooler, denser, almost architectural. The surface carries a quiet texture and presence that makes the material feel alive in a very unusual way.
A material shaped far beyond Earth, now brought to the wrist.
The SB10 Concept
The SB10 reinterprets the jumping hour display through clarity, material and visual balance.

Positioned at 6 o’clock, the oversized jumping hour aperture was designed for immediate readability, while the sapphire minute disc rotates around the cabochon in a slow and continuous motion.

Instead of a traditional hand, a luminous ring coated with Super-LumiNova BGW9 completes a full rotation every sixty minutes, with a red marker indicating the exact minute.

At the center of the watch, the cabochon replaces the traditional dial entirely. More than a decorative element, it defines the identity and emotional presence of each piece.
