Maurice Lacroix has created a new AIKON model, limited to just 500 pieces, which is perfectly in tune with an active lifestyle. This overtly sporty chronograph has a black sun brushed dial incorporating three snailed counters. It delivers chronometric precision, courtesy of its quartz movement, and fea- tures a cutting carbon-effect leather strap. This contemporary chronograph is ideally suited for those competitive individuals who like to lead from the front.

Strive To Achieve

Housed in a stainless steel black PVD case, measuring 44mm in diameter, this AIKON exhibits a stealthy appearance and an overtly sporty character. The black sun brushed dial features three contrasting snailed counters, two of which are framed with circular brushed rings, delivering a high quotient of eye-appeal. These counters include a 30-minute counter at 9 o’clock, a 1/10 second counter at 12 o’clock and a small seconds display located at 6 o’clock. The latter counter also includes a date indication. The hour and minute hands are rhodium plated and incorporate white SLN. Light blue hues enrich the central chronograph seconds hand, chronograph registers and the minute track, imbuing the dial with tasteful bursts of colour.

Consistent with other AIKON models, the bezel features the brand’s iconic six-arm design. The chronograph pushers are positioned close to the crown and crown protector, delivering a neat design, sporty aesthetic and masculine appearance. At the heart of this limited-edition model is a quartz movement, eliminating the need for regular winding. After all, nothing should distract the wearer from achieving their goal. In addition, this movement delivers chronometric precision, an essential requirement for those who lead from the front.

Completing the watch’s high-performance look is a black calf leather strap, incorporating light blue stitching and exhibiting a carbon-like appearance. This strap features the company’s intuitive ‘easy strap exchange’ system, providing owners with the opportunity to alter the appearance of their watch without the need for any tools. Furthermore, the strap incorporates the brand’s stylish ‘M’ logo and is paired with a butterfly buckle in stainless steel black PVD.
