STEINHART - Marine Chronograph BLUE

The Marine Chronograph is a modern interpretation of an observer chronograph that was developed towards the end of World War II for deck officers of the Italian Navy .
The wide bezel of the finely brushed stainless steel case provides sufficient space for the engraved and paint filled tachymeter scale, which can be used in conjunction with the chronograph to determine the speed of moving objects.
The reduced dark blue dial ensures good readability, which is also given in darknes due to the indices and polished silver hands being painted with C3 Super LumiNova
Our Marine Chronograph is powered by a Swiss chronograph module caliber, the Dubois Dépraz DD 2030 with automatic winding. The solid screw-down case back is decorated with a navy ship from days gone by on a stormy sea.
