H. Moser & Cie.'s fumé dials have become integral to its identity. Their sunburst pattern creates a play of light, gradually diminishing towards the edges, moving from light into shade. In a unique design exercise, the Schaffhausen-based Manufacture has reinterpreted these nuances on its dials in a gem-setting technique. Sapphires and diamonds alternate in an enchanting and precious circle, in an invitation to rediscover the Venturer Tourbillon.

Like the Renaissance painters, skilfully applying and blending shades of colour, H. Moser & Cie. has selected
and set the most stunning sapphires according to their colour nuances, to produce their notable sfumato effect
for this unique piece. On the Venturer Tourbillon's two-level dial, the gems reinterpret the fumé aspect in their
own way.

The bezel, folding buckle, crown, lugs and sides of the case on the Venturer Tourbillon sparkle with
diamonds of various sizes, highlighting the unusual shapes in the case profile that are so dear to H. Moser &
Cie. The contrast is striking: the sparkle of the smooth cut stones is set off beautifully by the clean, minimalist
lines of the Venturer collection, inspired by H. Moser & Cie.'s historic pocket watches and by the convex
shapes typical of the 1960s.

The curve of the sapphire crystal is echoed in the dial and rounded edges of the hands. The refined, elegant
bezel offers a clear view of the dial, revealing the hypnotic depths of the setting and giving the illusion that you
are actually diving deep into the heart of the tourbillon cage, positioned at 6 o'clock, accentuated by the
skeleton bridge.

At the heart of this highly poetic piece, the impulse set in motion in the highly technical movement can be
seen. The HMC 802 self-winding calibre is equipped with a Straumann® Double Hairspring for improved
accuracy and isochronism, and set in an interchangeable tourbillon module.
