The TMT module uses the highest quality bi-metallic materials. The patented system ensures extremely high temperature measurement precision by stabilising the position of the bi-metallic coil while still allowing it to expand or contract in response to the changing temperature. The black dial is adorned with a grille-type motif and the striking blue colour of the second hand and thermometer hand create a beautiful contrast. The anti-reflective sapphire crystal shields the dial, while the case back is also protected by a sapphire crystal fixed with screws.The diamond-cut metal indexes have been precisely made to house BALL’s famous tritium gas tube technology.

These micro gas lights require no external source of light and are 100 times more effective than conventional luminescent paint. The Diamond-like Carbon (DLC) coating provides impressive hardness, low friction, high resistance to wear, and even electrical insulation. The BALL for BMW TMT Chronometer is available with or without the BMW logo on its dial – allowing for further customisation. Personalised name engraving is also available on the transparent case back made of sapphire glass crystal.

Designed as a classic timepiece for modern gentlemen, the L.U.C. XPS 1860 belongs to the line of ultra-thin Chopard watches and features a small seconds dial and a date display at 6 o’clock. The year 1860 refers to the date when Louis-Ulysse Chopard founded his watch manufactory.

In 1996, following the creation of Chopard Manufacture, Chopard presented its first contemporary L.U.C watch, the L.U.C 1860. Like the latter, the L.U.C. XPS 1860 is distinguished by its respect for the grand watchmaking traditions and for chronometry or timekeeping precision – two key elements that Chopard Co-President Karl-Friedrich Scheufele was determined to incorporate within the L.U.C collection.
