H. MOSER & CIE. – ENDEAVOUR Minute Repeater Cylindrical Tourbillon Skeleton Cosmic Rain Edition

H. MOSER & CIE.ENDEAVOUR Minute Repeater Cylindrical Tourbillon Skeleton Cosmic Rain 40mm Titanium Edition - 2026

A symphony in starlight

At H. Moser & Cie., Haute Horlogerie is expressed as much through mechanical mastery as through the emotions it evokes. With the Endeavour Minute Repeater Cylindrical Tourbillon Skeleton Cosmic Rain, the Schaffhausen-based Manufacture reinterprets one of its most complex creations in a limited edition of 20 pieces, where watchmaking excellence meets the artistic crafts.

Housed in a 40-mm titanium case, this timepiece combines a minute repeater displayed on the dial side, a flying tourbillon fitted with a cylindrical hairspring and a fully skeletonised hand-wound movement.

Complementing this technical feat is an artistic dimension embodied by a miniature aventurine dial enhanced with delicate mother-of-pearl inlays. Bridging sound, movement and light, this creation explores the many facets of the watchmaking art and celebrates the coming together of tradition, innovation and artisanal craftsmanship.

On this exceptional timepiece, the minute repeater takes centre stage. The hammers and gongs – traditionally concealed on the back of the movement – are revealed on the dial side. This distinctive construction required a complete rethinking of the calibre’s architecture in order to ensure impeccable acoustic quality while offering maximum visibility of the mechanism. The beauty of the sound is matched by that of the mechanics, revealed through meticulous skeletonisation. Openworked bridges, lightened volumes, clear views: the gaze moves freely through the movement. Nothing is hidden.

At 2 o’clock, in a break with this transparency, a small domed aventurine dial instantly draws the eye with its depth and visual richness. Descended from a centuries-old glassmaking tradition, aventurine glass is produced using a complex process that traps minute copper crystals within the material, creating its distinctive shimmer. For this creation, fragments of aventurine glass in two colours are applied by hand to a domed base to produce H. Moser & Cie.’s signature fumé gradient, then subjected to multiple firings.

Click , to see the large size. BIG FOTO

Once this first stage is complete, the dial undergoes a second, extremely delicate process. Thin mother-ofpearl strips are cut, subtly curved then integrated into the previously engraved surface, following the contours of the dial. Their delicately iridescent glow seems to penetrate the depth of the aventurine, appearing like a shower of stars across the night sky. Each strip is individually positioned, transforming this miniature dial into a unique composition where glass, light and materials converge.

This artistry is not intended to compete with the mechanics, but rather to complement it. Where the minute repeater speaks to the ear and the tourbillon expresses the precision of movement, aventurine and mother-of-pearl speak to the eye. Three different languages brought together in a single creation.

To this sonic and visual architecture is added a one-minute flying tourbillon fitted with a cylindrical hairspring. Inherited from 18th-century marine chronometers, this hairspring rises perpendicularly around the upper stem of the balance staff.

Click , to see the large size. BIG FOTO

Its concentric geometry improves the isochronism and attests to a level of craftsmanship that has become extremely rare. Produced by Precision Engineering AG, a sister company of H. Moser & Cie., each cylindrical hairspring is hand-shaped using a demanding process that requires a significantly longer production time than that of a conventional hairspring.

Driven by the hand-wound, fully skeletonised Manufacture calibre HMC 909, the Endeavour Minute Repeater Cylindrical Tourbillon Skeleton Cosmic Rain celebrates the convergence of a multi-faceted excellence: the mastery of sound, the precision of movement and the beauty of artisanal craftsmanship.

H. MOSER & CIE. – ENDEAVOUR Flyback Chronograph Dual Time Date

 THREE COMPLICATIONS. A SINGULAR CLARITY

At H. Moser & Cie., a complication is never a mere stylistic exercise. On the contrary, it is the very heart of the piece.

Click , to see the large size. BIG FOTO

With the Endeavour Flyback Chronograph Dual Time Date model, H. Moser & Cie. brings together a flyback chronograph, a second time zone and a date display in a composition of rare visual purity. No counters interrupt the harmony of the dial. The complications recede behind an instinctive, fluid reading of time.

Click , to see the large size. BIG FOTO

More than a traditional chronograph, the Endeavour Flyback Chronograph Dual Time Date evokes a precision instrument reinterpreted through the minimalist vision of H. Moser & Cie., a true invitation to travel. A complex watch that refuses to appear complicated, equipped with a new hand-wound movement developed by AGENHOR, partner of H. Moser & Cie.

The Endeavour Flyback Chronograph Dual Time Date model expresses a contemporary vision of travel: mobile, fluid and perfectly controlled.

Click , to see the large size. BIG FOTO

Its second time zone, subtly integrated at the centre of the dial, its tachometric scale inspired by measuring instruments, and its remarkably clean display come together in a watch designed for movement.

A timepiece that crosses time zones with the same fluidity with which the eye moves across its dial. Sophisticated without ever being ostentatious, it is the ideal companion for the modern traveller.

THE CHRONOGRAPH IN ITS PUREST FORM

Reinventing the traditional codes of the chronograph with the accent on space, balance and legibility, H. Moser & Cie. has chosen minimalism and restraint.

Click , to see the large size. BIG FOTO

All the indications are centralised to preserve the harmony of the dial, in two parts. The chronograph hands replace traditional counters, with the red hand indicating the seconds while the rhodium-plated hand displays the elapsed minutes.

Click , to see the large size. BIG FOTO

The result is an immediacy: intuitive reading, free of any visual clutter. The second time zone also appears at the centre of the dial, on a fumé disc adorned with a discreet white arrow that blends naturally into the composition.

True to the brand’s philosophy, the complication never seeks to dominate the aesthetic, instead dissolving into an exquisite clarity.

STATE-OF-THE-ART MECHANICAL ARCHITECTURE

Developed with AGENHOR, partner of H. Moser & Cie., the HMC 730 calibre powering the Endeavour Flyback Chronograph Dual Time Date reinterprets the architecture of the HMC 902 movement in a hand-wound version.

Click , to see the large size. BIG FOTO

For this evolution, AGENHOR removed the entire automatic winding system as well as the oscillating weight. A decision that opens up a new arena for mechanical freedom and makes it possible to integrate the Dual Time display and the date within the available space.

Click , to see the large size. BIG FOTO

The HMC 730 movement retains the fundamental qualities of the HMC 902, notably the column wheel and the micro-tooth system developed by AGENHOR, while adopting a more classic, more tactile character befitting a hand-wound watch. Using the retrograde principle to enable the elapsed minute hand to jump instantly using the energy accumulated and then released by a snail cam, it allows the values to be read with greater accuracy.

Click , to see the large size. BIG FOTO

It is equipped with a double barrel providing a 72-hour power reserve, displayed on the back of the movement to preserve the purity of the dial. The date can be adjusted both forwards and backwards without risk to the movement – a rare level of user convenience in such a sophisticated horological architecture.

A CONTEMPORARY INTERPRETATION OF
THE MEASURING INSTRUMENT

The Endeavour Flyback Chronograph Dual Time Date features a 42-mm stainless steel case. Around the edge, the white minute track measures the seconds and minutes, structuring the dial, while the tachometric scale, designed to measure speed with precision, reinforces its technical and dynamic aesthetic.

Click , to see the large size. BIG FOTO

The hands are slender and elegant, offering excellent legibility. The alligator strap with nubuck finish underscores the discreet sophistication of this creation.

The Endeavour Flyback Chronograph Dual Time Date turns the instrument into an object of style; functionality becomes aesthetic.

H. MOSER & CIE. – ENDEAVOUR Minute Repeater Cylindrical Tourbillon Skeleton Edition

H. MOSER & CIE.ENDEAVOUR Minute Repeater Cylindrical Tourbillon Skeleton 40mm Titanium Edition - 2026

SOUND WITH AN OPEN HEART

At H. Moser & Cie., we don’t hide our complications. They are meant to be seen and heard. With the Endeavour Minute Repeater Cylindrical Tourbillon Skeleton, the Schaffhausen-based Manufacture pushes this approach to its limit: a fully skeletonised minute repeater, with its mechanism in the foreground, paired with a flying tourbillon equipped with a cylindrical hairspring. Two pinnacles of traditional watchmaking brought together in a single piece with a resolutely contemporary architecture, housed in a 40 mm titanium case. Time as a spectacle.

Click , to see the large size. BIG FOTO

Placing the hammers and chimes on the dial side is not merely an aesthetic choice; it’s a deliberate statement. The minute repeater steps out of the shadows to take centre stage. This radical construction required a complete rethinking of the movement: curved chimes, positioned on the same plane, with volumes precisely adjusted. Everything is visible, therefore everything must be flawless. Full skeletonisation takes this logic to its extreme. Openworked bridges, airy structures, the interplay of space and tension: this watch truly breathes. The gaze moves freely, drawn to the details, held by the balance of the whole.

Click , to see the large size. BIG FOTO

At 2 o’clock, an unexpected counterpoint interrupts this deliberate transparency: a small domed sub-dial, Funky Blue fumé with the H. Moser & Cie. logo in transparent lacquer, like a secret signature. A burst of colour at the heart of the mechanics, the time is displayed serenely, almost weightlessly, while everything around it vibrates, moves and resonates.

Click , to see the large size. BIG FOTO

The 40 mm case is not merely a display element; it is an instrument. Everything has been designed for sound. The sliding bolt, mounted on a Teflon runner, is integrated into the main plate to optimise space. The case middle has been hollowed out as much as possible to create a genuine sound box. Each volume contributes to the transmission of vibrations.

Click , to see the large size. BIG FOTO

The choice of titanium is self-evident. Light, rigid and with low damping, it preserves vibrational energy instead of dissipating it. The result is a chime that is fuller, longer and clearer. A note that lingers, perfectly placed. Because producing a functional minute repeater is one thing. Creating a perfectly tuned melody is something else altogether.

Click , to see the large size. BIG FOTO

And this sonic architecture contains an added dimension: a one-minute flying tourbillon equipped with a cylindrical hairspring. Inherited from 18th-century marine chronometers, this hairspring rises perpendicularly around the upper stem of the balance staff. Its concentric geometry improves isochronism and reduces friction, qualities further enhanced when paired with a tourbillon.

Click , to see the large size. BIG FOTO

Today, the cylindrical hairspring is difficult to produce because it requires specialised expertise and tools. The teams at Precision Engineering AG, H. Moser & Cie.’s sister company, have revived this expertise, with each cylindrical hairspring shaped by hand – a process that takes ten times longer than for a traditional spring.

Click , to see the large size. BIG FOTO

Suspended within this openworked architecture, the tourbillon appears to float, interacting with the hammers and chimes. The attention moves from sound to movement, from vibration to oscillation. Two mechanical languages, one unified breath.

Click , to see the large size. BIG FOTO

Driving this exceptional creation, the fully skeletonised, hand-wound HMC 909 calibre reworks a traditional aesthetic into an understated and minimalist style, adding the final touch of elegance to this disruptive new piece.

H. Moser & Cie.'s own and unique take on Haute Horlogerie.
