Today, Naples-based luxury retailer Exquisite Timepieces unveils a vibrant new collaborative limited-edition dive watch alongside Swiss marque DOXA. The DOXA SUB 200T Afterglow is inspired by the breathtaking skies of the Gulf Coast at sunset and is limited to 50 pieces exclusively, offering a highly considered tribute to the unique natural beauty of the retailer’s hometown.

Naples is renowned worldwide for its spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico, drawing crowds to the shoreline every evening to admire the shifting hues across its skyline.

Locals would agree that the true magic often happens just moments after the sun dips below the horizon – a fleeting period that Neapolitans name “the afterglow”. The phenomenon lights up the sky in a spectacular, vivid wash of pink, violet, and magenta. The DOXA SUB 200T Afterglow captures this exact moment, boasting a pink dial colour painstakingly chosen by experts to replicate that specific post-sunset luminescence.

Built around DOXA's highly wearable 39mm SUB 200T platform, the Afterglow watch retains all the rugged capability expected from the legendary dive watch manufacturer: a perfectly proportioned 316L stainless steel case measuring just 10.7mm thick and a 41.5mm lug-to-lug length, along with the watchmaker’s distinctive bezel design.

The latter completes the classic “no deco” engravings, combining mid-century diver aesthetics with a modern and meaningful colourway seen in the markings. Its vibrant, sunray-finished dial offers a luminous sunburst effect that plays with the light, mimicking the shifting hues of the evening sky, and is protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, offering 200 metres of water resistance.
This strictly limited edition of just 50 individually numbered pieces will officially launch on the opening day of the Windup Watch Fair, on 16th October 2026 at 12:00 pm Eastern Time. Given the highly limited production run and the unique local story tied to the dial, the SUB 200T Afterglow watch represents a rare opportunity for collectors to secure a meaningful piece of DOXA’s modern collaborative history.

Every SUB 200T Afterglow is fitted to DOXA’s iconic ‘beads-of-rice’ stainless steel bracelet, which includes a secure folding clasp and a dedicated wetsuit extension. Furthermore, to celebrate this special partnership, each watch features a closed caseback adorned with unique original artwork and dedicated limited-edition engravings that cement its connection to the celebrated Naples coastline.
