Made from a seismic combination of ultra-light carbon fiber and red, marbled epoxy resin each Skeleton X Magma is unique. Stripped down to its essential components like a high-end racecar, it is ultra-light, scratch-resistant and streamlined. With its magnificent technical features fully exposed, it leaves nothing to the imagination.

The beach in St. Tropez beckons; the Skeleton X Magma on your wrist, the valet moors your boat. Golden light on the horizon, a glass in your hand, this is the moment to savor your success. The dynamic design is your calling card; the “X” formed by four indexes is centered by a rectangle, anchored by Roman numerals on each side. The combination of red and black is mesmerizing and energizing. A black leather strap with black stitching completes the look.

The Skeleton X Magma has been re-sized for action to a compact 43mm.  Masculine, angular and lava red, the manual-winding movement has 4-day power reserve to guarantee that no far how off the grid you choose to be, your timepiece will keep you on track.

Accessibly priced, each Skeleton X Magma is fitted with the UN-371 movement, a 3 Hz Silicium balance wheel and Silicium minuterie gear train.  Red Roman numerals mark the three and nine o’clock positions and the index and hands are equipped with red Superluminova for nocturnal activity.

Following in the lineage of the earliest Ultra Thin models, this piece revels in those same pure shapes that gave rise to the characteristics so beloved by connoisseurs: the roundness of its case; the strong presence of its hour-markers; the sophistication of its Dauphine hands; the finishes of its Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 978G, visible on the back of the watch; and last but not least, the endless ballet of the Tourbillon and its moving titanium carriage.

Precision and harmony

Against the eggshell-coloured dial of the Master Ultra Thin Tourbillon watch, its new, larger hour-markers with their gilded, honed silhouette are more eye-catching and easier to read than ever. They taper off at 6 o'clock and disappear altogether to make room for the Tourbillon to display itself, with its new gold bridge.

On the back of the watch, the new mainplate of its automatic movement can be seen, decorated with a sunray finish. The extremely sophisticated crafting of this watch – both in its details and finishes – brings a whole new dimension, no matter which angle you take to admire its front or its reverse.

10.77 millimetres – that’s how fine the new case is on the Master Ultra Thin Tourbillon, yet it can accommodate the Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 978G. Taking beautiful finishing to even greater heights, this self-winding mechanical movement benefits from a 45-hour power reserve.

Its Tourbillon draws the eye through a wide aperture at 6 o'clock, captivating the gaze with the play of full and empty spaces among its gear cogs. This is the very heartbeat of the watch, made visible in a perfect rhythmic movement, which gives watchmaking precision an aerial lightness that never fails to fascinate.
