Limited to just 150 pieces, this remarkable watch is a true celebration of Hamilton’s horological heritage and one of the most significant breakthroughs in watchmaking history— the creation of the Caliber 11 automatic chronograph movement in 1969.
With its impressive 48mm stainless steel case, this bold and dynamic piece offers both high-performance functionality and a distinctive vintage flair. The case has a shield function as it protects the pushers and the crowns.
Inspired by the creativity of the early ‘70s, the watch emphasizes contrasting colors — a vibrant mix of blue and orange — that breathe life into its racing spirit. The two-tone perforated leather strap mirrors the energy of speed, while the orange hands and print details on the dial underscore the chronograph complication and countdown function.
The Chrono-Matic 50 features a chronograph, a technical marvel with two independent time systems—one for regular timekeeping and the other for measuring shorter intervals.
