Fifty years of independent, family-owned, Genevan watchmaking. A limited series of fifty timepieces shaped by craftsmanship and time. A historic calibre meticulously restored by hand. A vision preserved since 1976.

Since its founding in 1976, Raymond Weil has embodied a sincere, independent, family-run and accessible vision of Swiss watchmaking. To celebrate its half-century milestone, the Maison places mechanical watchmaking at the heart of its story. Conceived as a true workshop piece, The Fifty highlights watchmaking in its most authentic interpretation; manual craftsmanship, precision of expression and respect for traditional savoir-faire. Every component, surface, and detail has been worked by hand to reveal the depth and nobility of Swiss artistry.

Raymond Weil, 50 years of commitment to fine Swiss watchmaking

Founded in Geneva in 1976, Raymond Weil belongs to the small circle of Swiss watch brands that have remained independent and family-owned since their inception.

Passed down through three generations, the Maison continues to pursue a clear vision: making Swiss watchmaking accessible through elegant timepieces offered at a fair price.

For Fifty Years

Raymond Weil has cultivated a balance between tradition and modernity, creativity and discipline, emotion and craftsmanship. Deeply rooted in Geneva, the brand advocates a sincere, transparent and enduring approach to watchmaking, guided by respect for established codes and precision workmanship.

On the occasion of this anniversary, Raymond Weil unveils “The Fifty”, a creation conceived as a tribute to traditional Swiss watchmaking and its sophistication.

The Fifty: An Anniversary Piece, A Tribute to the Watchmaker’s Gesture

To celebrate this jubilee, Raymond Weil journeys to the very essence of classic Swiss chronographs. The Fifty expresses the Maison’s attachment to manual craftsmanship, traditional mechanics and the demanding level of finish that defines Swiss horological excellence.

In keeping with this heritage, the dial’s chromatic signature follows the aesthetic lineage of the millesime Small Seconds (winner of the 2023 GPHG Challenge Prize) whose subtle elegance is echoed here as a tribute to one of the Maison’s recent milestones.

At the heart of the watch beats an original Valjoux Calibre 23-6 from 1976, the brand’s founding year and a pivotal moment in Swiss watchmaking history. A historic column-wheel chronograph movement, it helped define the standards of the genre through its legibility, reliability and rational architecture.

This hand-wound mechanical movement operates at 21,600 vibrations per hour and offers a 48-hour power reserve. Hours and minutes are centrally displayed, with a small-seconds at 9 o’clock and a 30-minute counter at 3 o’clock.

Each calibre has undergone a complete restoration and hand decoration. The chronograph bridges and balance cock are adorned in Côtes de Genève and treated in black ruthenium, creating a striking contrast with the blued screws. The anglage is executed entirely by hand, as are the mouldings surrounding the screws, whose framing is intentionally highlighted by their vivid blue finish. This interplay of volume and light enhances the depth of the movement and reveals, at every glance, the richness of its very being.

An Architectural Four-part Dial

Housed in a 37 mm steel case topped with a white gold bezel, The Fifty respects the historic proportions of manual-wound chronographs. The steel crown and restrained case lines reinforce the timeless elegance of the piece.

Limited to only 50 pieces, resonating with the Maison’s 50th anniversary, The Fifty embodies RAYMOND WEIL’s watchmaking expertise, its attachment to Swiss tradition and its ability to unite artisanal excellence with a contemporary vision.

The dial of The Fifty has been conceived as a true horological construction. Composed of four distinct parts, each element is finished separately to achieve superior levels of refinement before precision assembly. This architecture creates an immediate sense of depth, relief and visual richness characteristic of the millesime collection and inspired by neo-vintage design codes.

The rehaut, which supports the tachymeter scale, structures the dial and enhances functional legibility, elevated by a diamond-cut filet that adds sophistication. The area beneath the indexes features a grained texture, bringing crystalline volumes that subtly reflect light.

The central section is stamped with a “tapestry” motif composed of alternating gadroons inspired by the collection’s vertical satin finishing and central cross, capturing light while hosting Super-LumiNova®-treated indexes that affirm the contemporary character of the piece. This monobloc element is signed with a black transfer of the Raymond Weil logo and “EST. 1976”, subtly raised to elegantly catch light.

The sub-dials, produced separately, each benefit from dedicated finishes, colours and decorative treatments, reinforcing legibility. On the case back, the engravings “1976” and “2026” highlight both the founding year and the anniversary celebrated by this edition.

CHRONOSWISS – PULSE GMT Enamel Sky Gold 41mm Edition

CHRONOSWISS OPUS GMT Enamel Sky Gold Dual TimeZones Dial 41mm Edition2026

THE ARCHITECTURE OF TIME - IN MOTION

With the Pulse GMT Enamel Sky Gold, Chronoswiss presents a timepiece that embodies its brand philosophy: Modern Mechanical.

Click, to see the large size.  BIG FOT

The revival of the GMT function traces back to a Chronoswiss icon: the Tora. With its unconventional dual-time display, the Tora challenged traditional watchmaking and became a symbol of the brand’s independent spirit. Today, this idea returns in a radically modern interpretation.

The Pulse family represents one of the most progressive chapters in Chronoswiss history. Architectural, bold and unmistakably contemporary, it carries the brand’s defining design codes: The onion crown, the coin-edge bezel and a strong mechanical identity rooted in independence.

The Pulse GMT is built for those who move between worlds – travelers and collectors whose lives unfold across continents and time zones.

Yet with the Pulse GMT Enamel Sky, Chronoswiss deliberately brings together two seemingly opposite worlds: A modern timepiece paired with one of the oldest and most demanding decorative crafts in watchmaking.

The result is a watch where progressive design meets ancient craftsmanship – a rare combination that defines the spirit of Chronoswiss today. Limited to just 50 pieces worldwide.

A Sky Forged In Fire: Paillonné Enamel

Every Pulse GMT Enamel Sky begins with a curved, hand-guillochéd white gold dial, engraved in the Atelier in Lucerne on century-old machines.

The pattern beneath the enamel creates the living depth of the dial.

Layer by layer, translucent blue enamel is applied and fired at high temperatures. Each firing is irreversible. Dust, tension or microscopic bubbles can destroy days of work in seconds.

Only when the deep navy base reaches its perfect intensity does the most delicate stage begin. Under magnification, wafer-thin gold paillons are individually cut and positioned by hand.

Each tiny star is placed with microscopic precision before the dial returns to the oven once again.

A final, translucent enamel layer seals the stars beneath the surface. The gold remains suspended in glass, while the guilloché beneath continues to interact with the light.

What you see is not print. It is gold embedded in enamel above hand-cut geometry – crafted to last for centuries. This is the demanding art of paillonné enamel, executed in the Chronoswiss Atelier in Lucerne.

Solid Presence & Mechanical Integrity

The 41mm case, measuring 13 mm in height, is crafted entirely from 5N 18-carat red gold.

Paired with the seamlessly integrated full gold bracelet, the Pulse GMT Enamel Sky becomes a sculptural object - carrying presence both visually and physically.

Inside beats the Chronoswiss Manufacture Caliber C.6002, developed together with La Joux-Perret. The movement offers 55 hours of power reserve and integrates a true two-timezone display:

Limited to only 50 pieces worldwide, the Pulse GMT Enamel Sky is created for identity-driven collectors. For those who move between worlds and time zones. For those who do not follow trends, but define them.

A timepiece that demands attention. And a collector who expects nothing less.
